The Town of Union Bridge currently is considering an amendment to the 2008 Union Bridge Community Comprehensive Plan. The amendment being considered would remove the proposed westerly extension of Shepherd's Mill Road between Quaker Hill Road and MD 75/Green Valley Road. A draft of the proposed revised Comprehensive Plan Map is available for reviewing by following the link below. Should the proposed amendment be approved by the Town Planning Commission and adopted by the Town Council, all maps for the 2008 Union Bridge Community Comprehensive Plan will be revised to reflect the change and needed narrative portions of the adopted plan will also be revised to reflect this change.

The 60-day public review period began on September 8, 2009. Comments are due to the Town of Union Bridge by November 6, 2009.
